GOLDEN VISA
The Golden Visa is a form of residence permit that allows entry and stay in Portuguese territory for investment purposes with the waiver of residence visa of foreign citizens who wish to invest in Portugal and which has been in force since 2012.It applies to all national citizens of the Third State by investing in one of the following possibilities:
- The acquisition of real estate of value equal or superior to 500 thousand euros;
- Acquisition of immovable property, the construction of which has been completed for at least 30 years or located in an area of urban rehabilitation and rehabilitation of real estate acquired, totaling an amount equal to or greater than 350 thousand euros,

UNUSUAL RESIDENT
The Unusual Resident Scheme, It is a tax system specially created to improve the Portuguese international competitiveness to those wishing to establish a permanent or temporary residence in Portugal.The non-habitual resident plan is a tax system, which means that its effects only occur on the income of the candidate. The plan is personal and non-transferable.
This special scheme provides in principle for an exemption on the majority of the foreign source income of the candidate, and is applicable for 10 years.
